Commercial concrete floor coatings is our specialty.  While we have undertaken many commercial projects in the Windsor, Sarnia, Chatham, London and Hamilton regions, they have all been different to some degree, and for good reason.

Choosing between commercial concrete floor finishes is all about selecting the right coating that is best suited for a specific environment. Generally, there are four types of commercial floor finishes we install:  Epoxy, Polyurethane, Polyaspartic, and Polished Create.

Epoxy Floors – Our 100% solid epoxy commercial floor finishes provide an extremely hard, thick, and impact resistant surface. Epoxy is ideal for filling in small imperfections and cracks as well as providing long lasting protection. It’s is extremely durable and resistant to high traffic, heat, chemicals, and harsh substances. While epoxy is easy to clean and requires little maintenance it can yellow when exposed to sunlight.  More >>

Polyurethane – Polyurethane coatings are often used as top coats over epoxy because it won’t yellow like epoxy when exposed to sunlight. It also has more flexibility than epoxy which aids in absorbing impacts better. It is also more abrasion resistant, chemical resistant, and can better tolerate humidity and larger temperature changes. More >>

Polyaspartic – Polyaspartic coatings are nearly identical to polyurethane. It is long-wearing and abrasion, scratch, chemical, UV, and impact resistant. Polyaspartic also resists stains and slightly higher temperatures than epoxy or polyurethane. Perhaps the biggest difference is that it drys fast, and can be used as a complete flooring system as well as a top coat.  More >>

Polished Create – Concrete polishing eliminates the need for epoxy or thin film coats. Once the concrete is ground and polished a densifier is added to seal the concrete and make is resistant to staining, wear, and dust. Polished concrete is durable, long lasting, and cost effective.  More>>
